Exchange Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a generous 30-day window to exchange it. Simply ensure the item is in pristine condition: unused, undamaged, unwashed, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Customers are entitled to up to two free exchanges per purchase. For any additional exchanges beyond the second, an exchange fee will apply. Please note that all products bought under special offers or not, are eligible for exchange only, with the replacement product being of equal or higher value. Refunds or store credit are not available for special offer items.
The replacement item will be shipped only on received and reviewing the returned item.
Process
The easiest way to return or exchange is to generate a request from our website. For transactions made by signed-in customers, you can go to "My Orders" under the "My account" menu. For guest order transactions, visit the Track Your Order page. You will need to enter your Order ID and the email address given in the order. You can also call or write to us if you need any assistance or if you find that more convenient.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been collected by our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled. And once you receive the buttery soft clothes, you will have no heart to part with them.
Damages
If any items are delivered without tags or if the packaging appears damaged, please contact our customer care department immediately within 2 days of delivery. If the packaging seems tampered with or damaged, we advise you not to accept the delivery.
International Orders Return & Replacement Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to logistical challenges and customs regulations, we do not offer returns or replacements for international orders.
